ANCA began with a spark of inspiration. At 21, I discovered a YouTube video of a craftsman shaping a live edge table, a raw piece of wood transformed into art. I was captivated. I wanted to create something extraordinary, starting with a piece for my mother.With no formal training, I sought out the finest raw materials, scouring timber yards until I found majestic slabs of wood, each with its own story. I taught myself the art of fractal burning, harnessing electricity to etch intricate, lightning-like patterns into the grain. Through relentless experimentation, I mastered epoxy and refined my craft, turning natural imperfections into breathtaking designs.What began as a personal passion became ANCA, a brand dedicated to crafting bespoke live edge furniture that’s as unique as nature itself. Every piece we create is a testament to artistry, precision, and the belief that beauty lies in the raw and the real.
